PROJECT PROPOSAL: THE CAMPUS CONNECT
Organized by: Rotaract Club of Busitema University, Sam Owori Event Date: Saturday, 29th August 2026 Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Venue: Campus Pitch, Busitema University Nagongera Campus.

Summary:
"The Campus Connect" is a flagship initiative organized by the Rotaract Club of Busitema University, Sam Owori. Designed as a vibrant social, entrepreneurial, and networking festival, the project brings together the entire university community for a day of networking, business exposure, mental wellness, and community engagement.
The event provides a dedicated market platform for student entrepreneurs to display and sell their products while offering campus clubs a space to showcase their activities and recruit new members. Additionally, funds raised through vendor stall fees, partnerships, and activities during the event will directly support two key Rotaract community impact initiatives: Mental Health Awareness and support for Pregnant Students & Student Mothers with Infants and also promote sanitation at the university through putting more dustbins around the campus.
